I may be at the Open Mic @ The Weasel. Possibly bringing the piano, instead of the guitar. Having the Student Jam Session on Saturday 11-2. No gigs this weekend. I have a couple weekends off.

Autumn Sounds
Autumn Sounds is a celebration of local musicians and artists featuring original works and interpretations of other works. There will be an art exhibit comprised of local artists who will be creating art while acoustic music is being performed by Mister Joe. Artists will be available for conversation. This will take place from 7-8pm.
The concert will start at 8pm with one intermission. All musical acts are local. The artists showing include Jane Evans, Bob Wilson and The Heart of Art Group. Bands are Mister Joe, John and Hanna Mohr, Flashback, Hymns of Praise, and Steve Spires. Petrichor will play Sat. night Oct. 11th in place of Flashback. Sound will be provided by Brian Spires and Brian Starner.
We had a great Student Jam Session this time. In attendance were, Roger Touvell, Stephanie Harnetty, Mike Lepi, & myself. Everyone had a great time! We played a lot, and had a lot of fun. We sang and played the song "Everybody's Talking," made famous by Harry Nilsson. Working on backing up singers, and using knowledge of the melody line to enhance your instrumental work. Also some blues work, and others. Come on out to the next one, you are always welcome!
Looking to schedule a Jam Session for this Sunday. It has been a few weeks since our last Jam Session. So hopefully a time frame will work out for Sunday. I will stay in contact with you, and send out the confirming notifications tonight or tomorrow. Don't forget about a DIGITECH RP200 (with BOOKLET), if you want to add an effects pedal experience to your set up.
Played 2 Sets. People really liked the song "Why Won't You Say Goodbye", which is an original song of mine, as well as others. I also played "She's Not Here Tonight", that has gotten some nice feedback and "Shares" on Facebook. Also touched base with another singer/musician from Newark, OH, Chase Duncan.
Closed on the 5th Thursday.
